In 2021, I got the opportunity to photograph the annual "Cabalgata" (horse ride) of Pueblo Nuevo, Ecuador. Pueblo Nuevo is a small town outside of one of Ecuador's largest cities. The Cabalgata serves as a celebration of the town's strong agricultural presence, as well as a moment to express pride in the town.
